Do I have to commit to a set number of hours?
No. Support can be one-off, occasional or ongoing depending on what your business needs.
Can you help if I'm not sure what service I need?
Absolutely. You don't need to know exactly which service fits. Tell us what's taking up your time, what's not working or what you'd simply like to hand over and we'll help work out the best support.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. RJ Consultancy Services provides remote support to businesses throughout the UK.
Can you help if my bookkeeping is behind or disorganised?
Yes. We can help organise records, identify missing information, clean up bookkeeping and get things back under control.
What bookkeeping software do you work with?
We have experience with Xero and QuickBooks, along with a range of business and administrative systems.
Can you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Some clients need help with a one-off project, while others prefer regular ongoing support.
Do you offer support beyond bookkeeping and administration?
Yes. We have a team of freelancers who bring additional creative and digital skills, and can draw on support for areas such as logo design, business cards, video editing and promotional content. Where appropriate, we can also outsource to other freelancers who specialise in many other services. Consider us your 'One Stop Business Support'.
Will my business information be kept confidential?
Yes. Client information and business records are treated professionally and confidentially.
How quickly will you reply to an email enquiry?
We respond as soon as we can. Email enquiries are free, although response times may be a little longer during busy periods.
