Some RJ Consultancy Services assignments may require access to information belonging to our clients, including bookkeeping records, customer or supplier information, employee information, CRM records, emails or other business data.
Depending on the circumstances, J&R Jones Ltd may process this information on behalf of a client and under their instructions.
Where we act as a data processor, the client remains responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing and we will process the relevant information only as required to provide the agreed services and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Appropriate confidentiality and data-processing provisions may also form part of our client agreement.

5. Payments
Initial payments may be processed through Wix and its associated payment services.
Payment providers may collect and process information required to complete your transaction. Their processing of your information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
RJ Consultancy Services does not need to receive or retain your complete payment-card details where these are processed directly by the payment provider.
Additional services may subsequently be invoiced directly by J&R Jones Ltd trading as RJ Consultancy Services.

6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell personal information.
Where necessary, information may be shared with trusted organisations or service providers that help us operate our business, such as:

- Payment processors
- Accounting and bookkeeping software providers
